Version 0.3.9 released

A bugfix release right on the heels of 0.3.8, which had broken colors in the campaign map. Release 0.3.9 fixes the map selection colors.
What's fixed?
- Map select. The campaign map was displayed in broken colors. This was caused by files missing from the release zip.
How to play?
Download the new release zip and run the web-based remix tool.
